By accessing and using Ooho! HRMS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Ooho! HRMS is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System that provides:

  • Employee database and profile management
  • Leave and attendance tracking
  • Payroll processing and management
  • Applicant tracking and recruitment tools
  • Performance management and analytics
  • Document storage and management
  • Employee self-service portal
  • Reporting and compliance tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
  • Enterprise plans may have custom payment terms as agreed upon

You agree not to use the Service to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ooho! HRMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • We will retain your data for 30 days after termination for recovery purposes

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
